Crisis Management Training & Simulation

Executive crisis management training, board alignment sessions and multi-day immersive crisis simulations — delivered by practitioners, grounded in ISO crisis-management standards, built around your organisation’s own reality.

What good crisis training looks like

Real crisis management training is not a slideshow. It is a leadership team making decisions under pressure: incomplete information, competing stakeholders, media attention, a running clock, and consequences. Our formats range from half-day board alignment sessions and tabletop exercises to multi-day immersive crisis simulations with injects, role-play counterparts and overnight escalations — every scenario written for the client’s sector, structure and actual exposure. No generic scenarios, no theatre.

For boards and executive teams

Programmes serve executive boards, crisis management teams, communications leadership and supervisory boards in the corporate and institutional world — including exercises aligned with regulatory expectations such as DORA operational-resilience testing for financial institutions. Participants leave with a tested crisis structure, clear roles, and the shared experience that makes a team fast when it matters.

Delivered by our academies

Training is delivered through the group’s dedicated academies: KMA Deutschland (Deutsche Akademie für Krisenmanagement) for Germany and international clients, and CMA Nederland (Nederlandse Academie voor Crisismanagement) for Dutch boards and institutions.

The doctrine we train is the same doctrine our CrisisDock software productises: one place, full control.
