What KMA does

KMA designs and delivers executive alignment sessions, tabletop exercises and multi-day immersive crisis simulations for leadership teams — grounded in ISO crisis-management standards and built entirely around the client’s operational reality. Every exercise is written for the client’s sector, structure and exposure: no generic scenarios, no theatre.

Sectors served include pharmaceuticals, financial services, automotive and manufacturing — industries where crisis readiness is not optional but a condition of the licence to operate.

Krisenmanagement-Training für Führungskräfte

KMA Deutschland bietet Krisenmanagement-Training, Krisenstabstraining und immersive Krisensimulationen für Vorstände, Geschäftsführungen und Krisenstäbe — von halbtägigen Alignment-Workshops bis zu mehrtägigen Übungen mit realistischen Injects, Medien-Rollenspielen und Eskalationen. Alle Szenarien werden individuell für Branche, Struktur und Risikoprofil des Unternehmens entwickelt und orientieren sich an anerkannten ISO-Standards für Krisenmanagement. Trainiert wird auf Deutsch oder Englisch — vor Ort beim Kunden oder an einem externen Übungsstandort.
