What CMA does

CMA Nederland delivers executive crisis training in Dutch, for Dutch decision-making culture: board alignment sessions, tabletop exercises and immersive simulations built around each client’s own organisation and exposure. Programmes include exercises aligned with regulatory expectations such as DORA operational-resilience testing for financial institutions.

Crisismanagement-training voor bestuur en directie

CMA Nederland verzorgt crisismanagement-trainingen, crisisoefeningen en crisissimulaties voor raden van bestuur, directies en crisisteams — van bestuurlijke tabletop-oefeningen tot meerdaagse immersieve simulaties met realistische injects en media-druk. Elke oefening wordt op maat geschreven voor de sector, structuur en het risicoprofiel van de organisatie, met bijzondere expertise in DORA-conforme weerbaarheidsoefeningen voor financiële instellingen, waaronder pensioenfondsen en banken.
